An Alnoor Foundation Children’s Mentor is a role model who encourages the development of a student by providing emotional support, fostering confidence and facilitating academic goal setting and college readiness. It’s a chance to introduce a student to a world of opportunities he or she may not know exists without your guidance.
Our mentoring program provides a unique opportunity— offering deserving students a caring volunteer mentor who is committed to the development of each student’s potential and continuous involvement from skilled student advocates who engage in educational and career counseling. Students in our program face financial challenges and other obstacles that may prevent them from graduating high school or going to college. Our scholars are committed to working hard and maintaining their grades in hope for a brighter future.
